Fitting data to a scaling law of critical phenomena, we automatically estimate critical point and indices. Since Bayesian method is flexible, we can use all data in a critical region.
PAICS is a program of quantum chemical calculation. In this program, fragment molecular orbital (FMO) method is adopted, by which large molecules including biomolecular systems can be treated with several quantum chemical approaches including HF and MP2 methods. At the same time, PaicsView has been developed, which is a supporting program for making input files and analyzing calculation results.
An open-source Python package for calculation of quantum transport properties. Based on tight-binding models, this application can perform high-speed calculation of various transport properties such as conductance, current noise, and density of states. It can describe geometries of physical systems flexibly and easily, and can also treat superconductors, ferromagnetic materials, topological matters, and graphene.
An application for evaluation of thermoelectric properties and its visualization. Seebeck coefficients and Peltier coefficients can be calculated from output of the first-principles applications, OpenMX and TranSIESTA. Obtained results as well as electron density and density of states can be visualized.
CrySPY is a crystal structure prediction tool by utilizing first-principles calculations and a classical MD program. Only by inputting chemical composition, crystal structures can be automatically generated and searched. In ver. 0.6.1, random search, Bayesian optimization, and LAQA are available as searching algorithms. CrySPY is interfaced with VASP, Quantum ESPRESSO, and LAMMPS.
QMCPACK is a modern high-performance open-source Quantum Monte Carlo (QMC) simulation code. Its main applications are electronic structure calculations of molecular, quasi-2D and solid-state systems. Variational Monte Carlo (VMC), diffusion Monte Carlo (DMC), orbital space auxiliary field QMC (AFQMC) and a number of other advanced QMC algorithms are implemented.
A Python library for simulating strongly correlated quantum systems using tensor networks. The goal is to make the algorithms readable and easy to use for beginners, and also powerful and fast for experts. Simple sample code and toy code to illustrate TEBD and DMRG are also provided.
Python library for the Open Quantum Materials Database, a first-principles computational database. qmpy supports several analysis tools such as crystal structures and phase diagrams. Users can perform automatic calculations using VASP.
ALPS is a numerical simulation library for strongly correlated systems such as magnetic materials or correlated electrons. It contains typicalsolvers for strongly correlated systems: Monte Carlo methods, exact diagonalization, the density matrix renormalization group, etc. It can be used to calculate heat capacities, susceptibilities, magnetization processes in interacting spin systems, the density of states in strongly correlated electrons, etc. A highly efficient scheduler for parallel computing is another improvement.

Tool for performing analytical continuation for many-body Green’s functions by using the maximum entropy method. From the data of the Green functions on the imaginary axis, users can obtain the values of the Green’s functions on the real axis. This tool supports the several different Green’s functions (Bozonic, Fermionic, anomalous, etc.).
