DCA++ is a software framework to solve correlated electron problems with modern quantum cluster methods. This code provides a state of the art implementation of the dynamical cluster approximation (DCA) and its DCA+ extension. As the cluster solvers, DCA++ provides the continuous-time auxiliary field QMC (CT-AUX) , the continuous-time hybridization expansion (CT-HYB) restricted to single-site problems, the high temperature series expansion (HTS) and the exact diagonalization(ED).
OCTA is an integrated simulation system for soft materials developed by the joint project of industry and academia funded by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry(METI), Japan. OCTA consists of four simulation engines named COGNAC(Molecular dynamics simulation), PASTA(rheology simulation), SUSHI(mean field theory), MUFFIN(continuum theory) and a simulation platform (GOURMET).
An open-source application for molecular dynamics to simulate biopolymers such as proteins and nuclear acids. This application can perform high-speed molecular dynamics simulation by hybrid parallel computing maintaining high-accuracy energy conservation. This application also support high-speed calculation of long-range interaction based on the particle mesh Ewald method. The code is released under GPL lisense.
An application for prediction of stable and metastable structures from a chemical composition. For prediction of structures, this application combines the first-principles calculation by external packages (VASP, GULP, siesta, Quantum Espresso, STM4, CP2k, etc.) with various efficient algorithms such as the evolutionary algorithm.
It can be applied to prediction of, e.g., structure of crystals under extreme pressure, nanoparticles, and surface reconstruction.
MDACP (Molecular Dynamics code for Avogadro Challenge Project) is an efficient implementations of classical molecular dynamics (MD) method for the Lennard-Jones particle systems. MDACP Ver. 1.xx adopts flat-MPI and Ver. 2.xx adopts MPI+OpenMP hybrid parallelization.
A solver program for two dimensional quantum lattice model based on a projected entangled pair state wavefunction and the corner transfer matrix renormalization group method.
This works on a massively parallel machine because tensor operations are OpenMP/MPI parallelized.
An open-source program package for numerical diagonalization of quantum spin systems. The FORTRAN source programs are relatively simple and highly readable, and it can be applied to various quantum spin systems by modifying the main routine. Both the Lanczos and the inverse iteration methods are implemented for calculation of eigenvalues and eigenvectors, as well as correlation functions. Can be also used for diagonalization problems of general sparse matrices.
A python library for materials analysis. Flexible classes for representation of materials are prepared, and data for crystal structures and various material properties can be handled efficiently. This application can performs analysis of phase diagrams, Pourbaix diagrams, diffusion analyses etc. as well as electronic structure analyses such as density of states and band structures. This software is being actively developed keeping close relation with Materials Project.
Software framework for training a machine learning model to reproduce first-principles energies and then using the model to perform configurational sampling in disordered systems. It has been developed with an emphasis on multi-component solid-state systems such as metal and oxide alloys. At present, Quantum Espresso, VASP and OpenMX can be used as first-principles energy calculators, and aenet can be used to construct neural network potentials.
An application for structure prediction based on the genetic algorithm. This application can predict the structure and composition of stable phase of crystals, molecules, atomic clusters, and so on by using first-principles calculation and molecular dynamics. This application implements interfaces with various programs such as VASP, LAMMPS, MOPAC, GULP, JDFTx, etc, and runs efficiently on parallel computing architectures.
