This is a structure analysis program for solutes and solvents, based on the statistical mechanics theory of liquids. The program determines the solvent density distribution surrounding the solute, and calculates various physical values such as the solvation free energy, compressibility, and partial molar volume. The program implements a parallelized fast Fourier transform routine for large-scale parallel computing, and can analyze molecular functions such as the ligand binding affinity of proteins, that would be difficult using other methods.
An open-source application for molecular dynamics simulation of biomolecules, especially designed for massively parallel computing. This package enables us to perform efficient parallel calculation on parallel computers ranging from 100 to 20,000 cores. For preparation of calculation and analysis of orbits, it uses visualization software VMD. It supports file formats compatible with other applications such as AMBER and CHARMM, and can be used on various computing environments.
An application for structure prediction based on the genetic algorithm. This application can predict the structure and composition of stable phase of crystals, molecules, atomic clusters, and so on by using first-principles calculation and molecular dynamics. This application implements interfaces with various programs such as VASP, LAMMPS, MOPAC, GULP, JDFTx, etc, and runs efficiently on parallel computing architectures.
A fast molecular dynamics simulator for ferroelectrics. This simulator can execute molecular dynamics calculations quickly by dealing with dipole interaction efficiently. It can simulate the physical property of microscopic ferroelectric thin film of tens of nanometers, which is important in FeRAM(Ferroelectric Random Access Memory), controlling the shapes and effects of inactivated layers.
An open source library to calculate free energy in molecular dynamics simulation. It supports several famous molecular dynamics software packages such as Amber and Lammps.
A group of applications that perform molecular dynamics, hybrid quantum/classical mechanical simulation, search of chemical reaction path by the nudged elastic band method, and potential parameter fitting. The molecular dynamics code includes interatomic potentials for several metals and semiconductors, and is capable of parallel computation based of spatial decomposition.

It includes programs for compound database, protein-compound docking, structure-based drug screening, ligand-based drug screening, protein-ligand binding site prediction, molecular editor, physical property prediction, synthetic accessibility prediction, thermodynamic calculation including multi-canonical dynamics, and molecular dynamics simulations with and without acceleration using GPUs and MPI parallelization.
An open source application to simulate crystal structures and to calculate and refine against diffraction pattern and the pair distribution function. A special emphasis placed is on the simulation of materials with disorder and the package provides many tools to create and distribute defects throughout the crystal. Another strong feature is the simulation of nanoparticles.
An open-source application for visualization of atoms and molecules developed for molecular dynamics. This application supports a number of input file formats for molecular configration, and can perform visualization of three-dimensional atom configration as well as creation of a animation. The main feature of this application is that various useful analysis tools can be used by intuitive control of a graphical user interface (GUI).
An application for structure prediction based on the evolutionary algorithm. From an input of the atomic position in a unit cell and possible elements at each atomic position, this application predicts the stable structure and composition from the first-principles calculation and molecular dynamics in combination with the evolutionary algorithm. This application is written in Python, and uses Quantum ESPRESSO and GULP as an external program.
