An open-source application for first-principles calculation utilizing pseudo-potentials and atom-localized basis sets. This application is capable of performing electronic structure calculations, structural relaxation, and molecular dynamics in a wide range of systems based on density functional theory. By adopting atom-localized basis sets, it realizes high-speed electronic calculation and linear-scaling in suitable computer systems. It can also perform electronic conductance calculations based on non-equilibrium Green’s function method.
An application for evaluation of thermoelectric properties and its visualization. Seebeck coefficients and Peltier coefficients can be calculated from output of the first-principles applications, OpenMX and TranSIESTA. Obtained results as well as electron density and density of states can be visualized.
An open-source application for the first-principles calculation based on the all-electron method with localized bases. By adopting the full-potential LMTO method, high-speed electronic state calculation can be performed with a less number of bases compared with the standard all-electron method. There is no restriction on symmetries as in the LMTO-ASA method, and spin polarization and spin-orbit interaction can also be treated.

This application can perform electronic state calculation by the density functional theory (DFT). This appication also supports the LDA+U method, treatment of spin-orbit interaction and noncolinear magnetism, the GW approtimation, and downfolding by the constraint RPA method.
Open source software for massively parallel quantum chemistry calculations. Energies and geometries of nano-sized molecules can be calculated without fragmentation. The program supports Hartree-Fock, density functional theory, and second-order Møller-Plesset perturbation theory calculations. The input format, execution method, and program structure are simple, and frequently used routines can be easily extracted.
An application for DFTB (Density Functional Tight Binding) calculation combined with Divide-and-Conquer (DC) method. The DC-DFTB-K program enables geometry optimization and molecular dynamics simulation of large molecular systems with linear-scaling computational cost. DFTB electronic structure calculation of 1 million atom system has been demonstrated using MPI/OpenMP hybrid parallel computation on the K computer.
An application for ab initio quantum chemical calculation. This application performs electronic structure calculation of molecules by the Hartree-Fock, density functional, the many-body perturbation, configuration interaction theories, and so on. While this application is a derivative of GAMESS-US for specific use of Intel compatible CPU, it does not include recently developed calculation methods such as the CC and FMO methods.

By the Krylov subspace method, this application performs order-N electronic state calculation for large physical systems including a large number of atoms. It also supports massively-parallel computation using MPI/openMP hybrid parallelism, and has demonstrated calculation of 10^7-atom simulation on the K Computer.

This application produces band structure and allows structure relaxation by high-accuracy electronic structure calculations based on linearized augmented plane wave (LAPW) method for a wide range of systems. It is suited to magnetic materials, and can deal with relativistic effects such as the spin-orbit interaction.
